1. OMNIVA parcel machine within Estonia (1–3 working days) € 4.- , FREE for orders over € 100.-!
2. Courier, mainland Estonia (up to 50 kg, 1–4 working days) € 15.-, FREE for orders over € 150.-!
3. Pick-up, from the PAKEND & PRINT office, Laki 26, Tallinn, by prior arrangement on working days - FREE!
In cooperation with OMNIVA, goods can be delivered to a parcel machine. When placing your order, please select your preferred nearest parcel machine. The parcel will arrive within 1–3 working days after payment. When the parcel arrives, a notification and personal door code will be sent to your mobile phone. To collect the goods, enter the code into the parcel machine’s screen. The parcel machine door will then open, and you can collect your goods. The parcel will be stored in the parcel machine for 7 days from its arrival. If the parcel is not collected within 7 days, it will be returned to us. If the parcel is returned to us for this reason, the delivery fee must be paid again.
Important information!
DM MARKETING OÜ is responsible for the ordered and purchased goods during transportation. Once the goods have been collected from the parcel machine, the risk of damage and/or loss passes to the customer. If the customer has designated a third party as the recipient of the goods (for example, the recipient of a gift), by giving such instructions the customer confirms that the third party assumes the obligation to receive the goods and responsibility for the risk of accidental damage and/or loss from the moment the goods are collected from the parcel machine.
DM MARKETING OÜ cannot recall orders after the goods have been dispatched (i.e. if the goods have already been dispatched to the customer, the customer remains responsible for the delivery costs and, if the goods are unsuitable, only the 14-day right of return applies).
NB! DM MARKETING OÜ is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier’s delay.
Your order should arrive within Estonia in 2–5 working days. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you immediately.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
